Tortilla Kebab Skewers
  1. Mix ground beef, minced onions, minced red bell pepper, garlic cloves, parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt

  2. Spread meat mixture on 10 square-cut x-large tortillas

  3. Stack 5 tortillas at a time with a tortilla on top and bottom to create 2 stacks

  4. Cut 1 inch wide strips from the stacks

  5. Turn strips on their side and press onto skewers

  6. Cut between skewers to separate individual kebabs

  7. Grill in oiled cast iron for a few minutes per side, turning 4 times total

  8. Simmer butter, yogurt or labneh, minced onion, parsley, garlic cloves, paprika, and salt to make sauce

  9. Dip or drizzle kebabs with sauce and serve
