Chinese Chicken Wontons
  1. Cook all the sauce ingredients in a small pot over medium flame till slightly thickened. Stir in the sesame seeds in the end.

  2. Serve hot wontons with sauce.

  3. Mix 2tbsp of flour with 3-4 tbsp water to make slurry for sealing wontons.

  4. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients.

  5. Cut roll patti or wonton wrappers into equal sizes squares.

  6. Place about ¾ tsp of filling in the center, brush slurry on edges and fold the wonton into desired shape.

  7. Fry in hot oil on medium low till golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Strain on paper towel.

  9. Serve hot with dip.
