Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Mix Dry & Wet Separately
In one bowl, combine oats, nuts, spices, and salt.
In another, mix apple, carrot, banana, egg, vanilla, and milk.
Combine & Bake Pour wet into dry, stir well, then transfer to the dish. Bake 30-35 mins until golden and set. Cool 10 mins before slicing.
Pro Tips
🍯 Extra sweetness? Add 2 chopped dates (still sugar-free!).
🔥 Crispy top: Broil 2-3 mins at the end.
🍏 Apple tip: Use tart apples (Granny Smith) for less natural sugar.
