Sesame Pomegranate Chocolate Bark
  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.

  2. Mix the sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

  3. Add the tahini and maple syrup. Mix to combine everything together.

  4. Spread into a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Leave to cool completely.

  6. Spread the melted chocolate and top with the pomegranate seeds. Chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set.

  7. Break up or chop into pieces. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
