  2. Cream softened butter with sugars until light and sandy consistency

  3. Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture, mixing until smooth

  4. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl until just combined

  5. Fold chocolate chips into the dough, saving some for topping

  6. Form dough into tall, big balls for a thick, bakery-style center

  7. Press a spoon into the top of each ball to create an indent and fill with cannoli dip

  8. Cover dough and place in freezer for 30 minutes

  9. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown

  10. Let cookies cool before eating
