In a large pot, add olive oil & sauté onions, peppers until softened.
Add garlic & seasonings, stir before adding in beans, corn, broth, green chilies & coconut milk.
Bring soup to a boil, add cooked chicken & turn down heat to maintain a low simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, taste & adjust any seasonings.
Serve in bowls topped with cilantro, chips, cheese or any bring your heart desires!
