Herb Infused Popsicles
  1. Steep a strong cup of lemon balm tea by covering 2-3 tsp of dried lemon balm with one cup of just boiled water and set aside to steep for a few minutes.

  2. Blend up 4 peaches, the juice of 4 limes, and a 1 inch chunk of ginger with about ½ cup of the strained lemon balm tea.

  3. Add more lemon balm tea to the mix if it’s too thick.

  4. Give it a taste and add honey to your liking.

  5. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and enjoy!
