My Homemade Keto Graham Crackers Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F/ 150°C.

  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, golden sweetener, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Stir in egg, melted butter, vanilla extract until dough comes together.

  4. Transfer the dough out onto a large piece of parchment paper, and top with a piece of parchment. Roll out the dough until it's ¼ inch thick.

  5. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into 2x5-inch rectangles. Prick the Graham crackers using a fork to create the classic graham cracker pattern.

  6. Transfer the cookies onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes until they start to brown but are still soft.

  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
