Place four yellow onions and two cloves of garlic on a baking tray with a little olive oil drizzled on top.
Bake at 400° for one hour.
Place onions and garlic in a blender, add 2 to 3 cups of beef bone broth.
Add one to 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce (optional).
Blend until silky smooth, at least one minute, 90 seconds even better. You can also use an immersion blender.
Pour into a microwave safe bowl.
Place one slice of 45 cal toast on top.
Sprinkle a little bit of shredded Gruyère cheese (or whichever cheese you love).
Place in microwave on high for at least 60 seconds until the cheese is melted.
