Use a small casserole and turn it on medium to heat.
Add tomato paste, monk sweetener, chopped tomatoes, apple cider, and season with salt and pepper. Also add immediately the optional mustard, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook everything for about 5 minutes. Then let cool down a bit.
Now transfer to a blender or food processor process until smooth. Store in a jar. With a lid it will stay fresh for around 2 weeks.
