Chipotle Lime Tofu Burgers
  1. Heat avocado oil in a pan and sauté diced red onion until translucent.

  2. Add crumbled tofu, tamari, bouillon cube, garlic powder, Tajin, coriander, allspice, panko breadcrumbs, flour, nutritional yeast, lime juice, lime zest, adobo sauce, and maple syrup to the pan. Mix well.

  3. Form the mixture into burger patties.

  4. Grill corn on the cob and season with grated garlic, lime juice, and tajin.

  5. Grill the tofu burgers until crispy on the outside, then assemble them in whole grain burger buns with the grilled corn on the side.
