Fish Poached In Tomatoes And Dill
  1. Sauté leeks, garlic and tomatoes in avocado oil

  2. Add lemon juice, fish sauce, butter

  3. Poach halibut in it for 3 min at a gentle simmer and then turn off heat and let it sit for 10 minutes until the filet is cooked through

  4. Serve with rice and greens of your choice, or crusty bread!
