Anti-inflammatory Butter Chocolate!
  1. Heat a non-toxic non-stick pan on medium heat over your stove and place a stick of butter in it.

  2. Allow it to melt while you stir it continuously with a wooden spoon to ensure it doesn’t burn but instead, 'caramelizes'.

  3. Once the butter has melted and it’s bubbling, add the cocoa powder and stir it in gradually.

  4. Once mixed in, gradually add in your collagen and continue stirring.

  5. Once everything is smoothly incorporated, allow the mixture to cool then carefully pour into molds of choice.

  6. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until solid and enjoy!

  7. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
