  3. We take out all the ingredients from the broth, and add the onion and sausage to the rest

  4. Pour the zur base in the pot, stir and bring to a boil over low heat

  5. In the meantime, we melt the bacon into crackers in a frying pan

  6. Add dried mushrooms, cream, marjoram to the cooked soup - mix, boil and serve

  7. We serve with potatoes drimed with bacon, hard-boiled eggs
