Chive & Onion Cream Cheese - Vf/df
  1. Heat 2 cups of Soy or Pea Milk into a rolling boil, then remove from heat and whisk in 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar.

  2. Let sit for 5 mins to curdle and cool down, then strain in a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

  3. Mix in 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp nutritional yeast and 3 Tbsp refined coconut oil.

  4. Blend until smooth then fold in 3 Tbsp of chopped chives and refrigerate or freeze until stiff, then serve!
