Prepare mandarin puree by slicing off the ends of the mandarin, chopping and placing into a blender/food processor until it reaches a marmalade-like consistency
Add lime juice, mandarin puree, simple syrup, gin, and St Germain to a cocktail shaker
Shake all ingredients together
Dirty dump the mixture using the ice you shook with into a glass
Top with more ice if needed
Garnish with a mandarin wheel
