Quick High Protein "cinnamon Roll" Bites
  1. Mix 2 tbsps of erythritol with 2 tsp of cinnamon and set to the side.

  2. Mix/blend together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl (besides the glaze ingredients).

  3. Use 2 spoons to make dough balls in an oven proof dish.

  4. Sprinkle over the prepared cinnamon "sugar".

  5. Bake/air fry for approx. 25 - 30 minutes at 180c.

  6. Mix together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the top once the rolls have cooled down slightly.
