Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together using your hands until a dough forms.
Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it out thinly (the thinner the dough, the crispier the crackers!).
Cut into small squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Prick each cracker with a fork.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Adjust the time depending on how thick your dough is.
Let cool slightly before serving.
