For creamiest and richest results, use either canned full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream, or include the optional nut butter (almond, cashew, macadamia, sunflower, etc.).
To make the recipe, combine everything with a blender or by hand until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
A good way to remove pops is to run the popsicle mold under lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds, then gently twist.
