Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender.
Place the steamed broccoli on the baking tray and use a smasher or meat mallet to smash them flat, use a paper towel to remove moisture.
Drizzle olive oil over each broccoli floret.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, diced ham, and shredded cheddar on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
