Chiffon Cheesecake
  1. Sift all purpose flour, cornstarch, and salt 2-3 times until well combined

  2. Whisk egg yolks with oil, milk, and vanilla

  3. Add dry ingredients to yolk mixture and mix until smooth

  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites with vinegar

  5. Add sugar gradually to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form

  6. Mix a little beaten egg white into the yolk mixture to lighten it

  7. Gently fold the lightened yolk mixture back into the rest of the egg whites without over-mixing

  8. Preheat oven to 160°C

  9. Pour batter into a lined pan

  10. Place the pan in a larger tray filled with hot water (water bath)

  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set

  12. Let the cake cool completely

  13. Beat butter until pale, then add condensed milk and vanilla and beat until creamy and fluffy

  14. Spread frosting over the cooled cake

  15. Add grated cheese on top
