Keto “pringles” Crisps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Combine mozzarella, almond flour, psyllium husk, garlic and onion powder, paprika, and salt in a food processor. Blend into a dough.

  3. Roll dough between parchment sheets until 1/16–⅛ inch thick.

  4. Cut into circles using a cookie cutter or small glass.

  5. Place on prepared sheet and sprinkle with salt or chosen seasoning.

  6. Bake for 7–9 minutes, flip, and bake another 7–9 minutes until golden and crisp.

  7. Cool completely on a rack to finish crisping.
