Combine dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

Combine egg yolk mixture with dry ingredients.
Gently fold in whipped egg whites.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Put the dough in a loaf pan and put it in the oven to bake.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Allow bread to cool completely before slicing.
