Cook the chorizo with olive oil in a wokpan
Cut the onion in pieces and add to the chorizo. Add the cherry tomatoes.
Squash the cherry tomatoes with a fork and add the tomatenpuree. Mix well.
Add the orzo with the bouillon and let it cook on low heat for around 8 minutes. Keep checking, add extra bouillon if necessary.
When the orzo is almost done, add the spinach bit by bit and mix well after. Repeat until all spinach is in. Add taste with pepper.
