Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the tahini, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them about 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden on the edges.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
