Apple Rolls With Cinnamon Sugar
  1. Dissolve sugar in lukewarm milk with yeast.

  2. Mix butter with sugar and salt, add egg and yoghurt.

  3. Knead flour and baking powder into the mixture.

  4. Let dough rest for 50 minutes.

  5. Prepare apples by peeling, coring, and cutting into cubes.

  6. Roll out dough, spread melted butter, add apple cubes and vanilla sugar.

  7. Roll dough tightly, cut into slices, and place on a baking tray.

  8. Bake at 200°C/220°F for 15-20 minutes.

  9. Cool completely before serving.
