BEEF HANBRE PASTY RECfilling.

INGREDIENTS
Filling:
2 lbs ground beef
5 medium potatoes, diced small
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 large white onion, diced
2 cups beef stock
¼ cup flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tosp mustard
2 tosp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of dried parsley, thyme and oregano Salt and pepper
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Crust
3 and ¼ cups flour
1 and ½ tsp salt
1 cup cold butter
¾ cup cold water
1 egg, beaten - (to brush on top)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut in the butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add the water a little at a time until all flour is moistened and a dough is forming.
Knead until thoroughly mixed.
