Main ingredients
After Fermentation:
Mix all Main ingredients in a jar and place fermentation weight on top. Ferment for 5-6 weeks.
After fermentation, combine with the “After fermentation” ingredients and blend on high until smooth using immersion blender.
Simmer 10 minutes and strain.
Return strained liquid to pot and simmer additional 10-15 minutes.
Place into jars and store in fridge.
