Copycat Chipotle Corn Salsa
  1. Brush the corn with a little oil and air fry at 390° for 10-15 minutes until the corn is toasty. Turn the corn half way thru.

  2. Using a sharp knife remove the kernels from the cob.

  3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and toss.

  4. Add salt to taste.

  5. Enjoy with chips or just straight out of the bowl.
