Sweet Chili Lime Chicken
  1. Add chicken breasts to a large Ziploc bag.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together chili sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce. Set aside ¼ cup and pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken.

  3. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. When ready to grill, heat the grill to high or place a cast iron grill pan over high heat.

  5. Oil the grates or the pan and grill chicken, basting with marinade, until charred and cooked through. It will take about 8 minutes per side.

  6. Baste with the reserved marinade and garnish with green onions before serving.

  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
