  1. In a mixing bowl, combine equal parts of 1 pint of vanilla ice cream and 1 pint of lemon sorbet.

  2. Add mascarpone to the bowl and mix all three ingredients together until you reach a soft serve consistency.

  3. If the mixture appears slightly grainy, smooth it out gently.

  4. Pour in a splash of Prosecco and mix it in.

  5. Using a pastry bag fitted with a wide tip, fill the bag with the mixture.

  6. Pipe the mixture into elegant silver coupes and finish with a touch of color.
