Lupin Flour Pizza Crust (low Carb, High Protein)
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Add shredded mozzarella and the cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl and warm in the microwave for 45 seconds on medium. Take it out, give it a mix and put it back in for another 30-45 seconds. Take it out and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

  3. Once the cheese has cooled down, whisk the egg in a small bowl and fold it into the cheese mixture.

  4. Add the lupin flour, salt, garlic powder, and oregano (or dried Italian seasoning). Use your hands to mix well, then knead the dough into a ball and let it rest.

  5. Place the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin pizza crust.

  6. Remove the top parchment paper and set the pizza crust on a tray, on top of the bottom piece of parchment.

  7. Bake the pizza crust for 10 minutes in the oven or until the edges are golden brown. Take out the crust and add your favorite toppings.

  8. Bake again for another 8-10 minutes with the pizza toppings. Enjoy!
