Scissor-Cut Noodles

    Ingredients:

    Instructions:

  1. To a bowl, add your flour, salt, and water. Knead for a minute then transfer to a clean, flat surface.

  2. Knead for another 5 minutes, or until dough ball is smooth.

  3. To a pot of boiling water, using scissors, cut your dough ball into thin strips about ½ in. long into the boiling water, allowing noodles to cook for 3-4 min., depending on thickness.

  4. Strain noodles and place back in pot. Mix with @flybyjing chili crisp and serve.
