Scissor-Cut Noodles
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
To a bowl, add your flour, salt, and water. Knead for a minute then transfer to a clean, flat surface.
Knead for another 5 minutes, or until dough ball is smooth.
To a pot of boiling water, using scissors, cut your dough ball into thin strips about ½ in. long into the boiling water, allowing noodles to cook for 3-4 min., depending on thickness.
Strain noodles and place back in pot. Mix with @flybyjing chili crisp and serve.
