  1. Mash cooked sweet potatoes

  2. While hot, add cheese and mix well

  3. Add rice flour and honey if you want it sweeter

  4. Roll out into a rectangular 0.25 inch sheet

  5. Cut into triangles

  6. Roll into a crescent shape

  7. Brush with egg wash

  8. Top with sesame seeds and sea salt garnishes
