Hot Honey Whipped Ricotta
  1. Place the ricotta in a food processor. Purée for 2 minutes or until it’s smooth. Place the whipped ricotta in a serving bowl or spread on a plate.

  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the parsley, lemon zest, olive oil & honey.

  3. Pour the herb and honey mixture on top of the whipped ricotta.

  4. Top with salt & pepper to taste.

  5. Serve with grilled baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.
