Spicy Salsa

Salsa (makes 220g)

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half, and with a spoon remove the seeds and insides, leaving just the outer flesh

  2. Finely dice the tomatoes to your desired chunkiness

  3. Finely chop the red onion

  4. Finely chop the coriander

  5. Very finely chop the garlic, use the back of a knife to squash it as you chop to help turn it into a paste

  6. Remove the seeds from the chilli, and then chop finely

  7. Combine the tomatoes, onion, coriander, garlic and chilli with a pinch of salt and the juice from the lime

  8. Mix together, and serve!
