Parmesan Chicken Bowl
  1. In a single-serving oven safe pan or ramekin, add cottage cheese, mozzarella, marinara, seasonings and mix until combined

  2. Mix in ½ cup of chicken, and top with cheese and bread crumbs

  3. Bake for 13 minutes and broil on high for 1.5 minutes

  4. Allow it to cool slightly before adding parsley, red pepper flakes, and basil
