  1. Cut the salmon into cubes and drizzle with oil and spices. Massage into the salmon and either pan fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat or in a 400F oven for 8 minutes.

  2. Start your rice or quinoa.

  3. Make the sauce by mixing ingredients together and adjusting for taste - salt or acid, usually. The sauce makes extra servings.

  4. Prep your veggies. I used a large handful arugula, Persian cucumbers, half an avocado, jalapeno, and furikake in addition to the sauce. You could use thinly sliced cabbage as well.

  5. Assemble your bowl with your salmon, veg, carb, and sauce. Add some extra lime and sprinkle some furikake on top. Enjoy!
