Sausage, Egg and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, cream cheese, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
