Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
  1. Place pork in a slow cooker.

  2. Mix together onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and seasonings.

  3. Pour over pork.

  4. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until pork is tender and easy to shred.

  5. Shred with forks and mix with sauce before serving.
