Cut 3 sheets of puff pastry into 9" circles
Top the bottom layer with slightly warmed jam
Add the second layer and brush with melted butter and cinnamon sugar
Top with the last piece of puff pastry
Cut into 16 slices leaving a solid circle in the middle
Twist two sections outwards at a time and pinch at the end
Brush with egg wash and sugar
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes
