Kickass Granola
  1. Mix oats, walnuts, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

  2. Melt honey and coconut oil together, then mix into the dry ingredients until fully coated.

  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Press down firmly to form clusters.

  4. Let cool completely, break into pieces, and store in a container.
