Preheat oven to 350F
Blend spinach and egg until smooth, if needed add a small splash of water to help blend
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Add your dough to a silicone baking mat (I highly recommend silicone so it doesn't stick) cover with parchment and roll to ⅛ inch thickness
Cut into your desired shape! I used a pizza cutter for a clean thin line
Bake at 350F for approximately 15 minutes, the edges of mine were golden so I took them out a bit early! In hindsight, I should have removed my thinner edged pieces and put my remaining crackers in for another minute or two to crisp them more!
