Spinach Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Blend spinach and egg until smooth, if needed add a small splash of water to help blend

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  4. Add your dough to a silicone baking mat (I highly recommend silicone so it doesn't stick) cover with parchment and roll to ⅛ inch thickness

  5. Cut into your desired shape! I used a pizza cutter for a clean thin line

  6. Bake at 350F for approximately 15 minutes, the edges of mine were golden so I took them out a bit early! In hindsight, I should have removed my thinner edged pieces and put my remaining crackers in for another minute or two to crisp them more!

  7. Let cool, and enjoy!
