Cold and Flu Tea bombs (keep in freezer)

2 whole lemons (peeled)

Two big bunches of fresh ginger

One whole head of garlic

2tbls of turmeric

1 tble pepper

1 tble cinnamon

1 ½ tble cayenne (but I love hot)

½ tble ACV

1 ½ tble honey

3 cups of water

Blended in blender

Strained out

Side note next time I will use cheese cloth. I used a fine mesh sieve.

Strained into another dish then put in my silicone muffin dish and froze. About ⅛cup each in size. I did have some left so made a tea right then. It was pretty good and a bit spicy so keep that in mind with the cayenne amount. There was some “sediment” left in The bottom of the cup which is why I think a cheesecloth would be best.
