Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Add the cranberries and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries are softened and coated in the syrup.
Remove the cranberries from the syrup using a slotted spoon and let cool on a baking sheet.
Once cooled, the cranberries will be candied and ready to enjoy!
