Preheat oven to 350F
Crisp up frozen tater tots in the air fryer or oven
Transfer tater tots to a greased 9-inch pie plate
Add ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese and 1 tsp garlic powder to tater tots
Mash together with a fork
Use a measuring cup or glass to press and smash into an even crust
Bake crust for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy
Let cool slightly for 5 to 10 minutes
In a large bowl, whisk together 9 eggs, ½ cup half and half, and Boursin cheese
Season egg mixture with salt and pepper and whisk to combine
Pour egg mixture into tater crust
Add crisped chicken sausage and sliced scallions
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until top is golden and eggs are set
Let cool at least 15 minutes before serving
