World's Easiest Poached Egg
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Grab your muffin tin (regular or jumbo size)

  3. Completely coat the inside of each tin with butter

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of water to each tin

  5. Add one egg into each muffin tin

  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes

  7. Adjust baking time shorter for runnier eggs or longer for harder eggs

  8. Serve on Eggs Benedict with hollandaise if desired
