Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Grab your muffin tin (regular or jumbo size)
Completely coat the inside of each tin with butter
Add 1 tablespoon of water to each tin
Add one egg into each muffin tin
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
Adjust baking time shorter for runnier eggs or longer for harder eggs
Serve on Eggs Benedict with hollandaise if desired
