Ham & Leek Pie
  1. Turn the oven to 180.

  2. Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil until soft. Drain, mash and set aside.

  3. Slice the leeks and wash them, then pour them into a large ovenproof dish along with the peas.

  4. Dice the ham and throw that in too along with the chicken soup.

  5. Mix thoroughly, season if you wish.

  6. Pop the mashed potato on top, using a fork to get a nice even top.

  7. Bake at 180 for 1 hour.

  8. After which, remove and leave for 5 minutes before dishing up.
