Philly Cheesesteak Stromboli
  1. Cook peppers and onions in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes, season to taste, and remove from pan

  2. Chop steakums and add to the pan, season with steak seasoning, drain grease when done

  3. Add peppers and onions back to the meat mixture and let cool

  4. Spread pizza crust on parchment paper and layer with 12 slices of provolone cheese

  5. Spread meat mixture over cheese, leaving room at the edges

  6. Top with 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

  7. Roll up the stromboli using parchment paper to guide, pinching seams together at sides and ends

  8. Flip seam side down and transfer to baking sheet on parchment paper

  9. Brush top with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley and sesame seeds

  10. Cut slits in the top and bake at 425°F for approximately 20 minutes

  11. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting and serving
