Crispy 'Duck' Pancakes
  1. tear your mushrooms into strips then add them to a bowl with the cornstarch, five spice, garlic granules, onion granules & salt then give everything a good mix to coat

  2. fry in a generous amount of oil until golden & extra crispy then set aside on some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil

  3. add to a bowl along with the hoisin sauce & toss to coat evenly

  4. then you’re ready to serve- it’s really that simple! load your pancakes up with cucumber, spring onion, crispy coated mushrooms & enjoy!
